The Plateau State House of Assembly (Legislative Unit) has responsibilities for:

  • Assignment of Responsibilities of Matters and Group of Matters.
  • Law-making by passage of Bills either originated by the Legislature or sent to it by other arms of Government in accordance with the Constitution.
